El Orans:
Sounds interesting! Tell us more!
Actually, those are the words said by my instructor...
We were just north of Stockholm and we were supposed to dive in a really nice lake, but when we got there the lake had foze, so we had to dive out at sea.
It was snowing, the wind was blowing, pretty rough sea, -2 (or 3) C in the air, 4 C in the water... really funny

Welcome to ScubaBoard Swedive!

I am new myself, couple of days at most, and everyone here is really great. There is so much info available and a lot of fun stuff too.

I am really intrigued, what made you want to go diving in Stockholm? Did you start there of was it in warmer waters? I take my hat off you in any case. Do tell us more about what its like down there in -3C seas.

:D

No experience needed and it feels great!

Hey Matilda,

Wow, you must really want to go diving to do it in those conditions. The first time you go diving in the tropics, you'll be swimming laps around all the resort divers ;)

I agree that there is a ton to be learned here for us newbies. Welcome, and let me know if I can be of any help finding your way around! :)
