my grandma died. heading up to seattle on friday.

I'm sorry to hear that Anna. I'm about 60 miles North of Seattle if you need anything. Safe travels.

My day isn't going too bad... I've been talking back and forth with a friend of mine thats active duty Navy all morning... I think that I finally convinced him to come visit me this weekend. You guys have plans for the weekend?

Oh I'm really sorry to hear that, Anna. That can be hard, I hope you're okay.

My cousin is on active duty in Iraq.. I wish he had the option of coming home to visit. Oh well..

Yeah, this weekend I have a christening, a sweet 16, and an open house for my school (I got suckered into being a tour guide *rolls eyes*). busy busy busy..

Jess, I know how you feel. I have four cousins and three very good friends over there (either in Iraq of Afghanistan) and its hard. Nothing will make it easier either.. just prayers. I'm here for you if you ever need to talk about it.

amen, amen....

I have friends serving in Gaza, and even some American friends in Iraq... its hard to know that you might get that phone call... you never know...

Anna- I am really sorry about your grandmother.

wow, lots to reply too...

Anna-im superly sorry about your grandma! i know how much my grandparents mean to me so i cant imagine what your feeling! but i hope everything goes well! and just know that yall are in my prayers!

i dont know anyone in active duty..but i still hope they all come home safely..even though i know that wont happen!

ok lindsay isnt gonna get over-heated about this but i just have a comment that states my entire opinion in one short sentence...KIDS SHOULDNT BE HAVING KIDS! thats all to it! anna..you cannot call us oblivious to the real world..hun..i live next to new orleans ive gotten a good lil dose of the real world and you have no reason to be making that kind of generlization...and ive also probably been through a whole lot more in my life than you..trust me..i have...and me, kay, and jess arent attacking you...we are giving you an older, more experienced opinion...you may know your facts...and im glad you do i wish more kids your age would...but...we are older...we do have more agely experience...so you cant attack our opinions...we know the facts too!

and of course we should all be celebrating the return of zach! we have all missed you dearly zachy poo!!

i dont really have any plans for the weekend...well..i have a bunch of homework to do! so ill prolly spend most of the time doing that...orrr...i could spend time with andrew..ahhh which to choose lol

toodles to everyone!

Oh God.. that phone call. I'm being blissful pretending it will never come. You know they say there isn't one single person in America -- citizen or immigrant -- that isn't either affected directly by, or know someone that is directly affected by, the War on Terror. I don't know. I have mixed emotions about it.

eh me 2. but the war was inevitatable...we are helping much more people then we are hurting! and you cant just ignore terroists..what are we supposed to do...get bombed and then just sit here and not do anything?

That's what I thought (basicly) but idk.. I'm not really objective anymore because of my cousin. idk. I need to think about it lol.
