Hello,

It asked that i introduce myself to you guys...a little about myself... I grew up on a lake in upstate NY and became fascinated with water when i fell under the ice playing hockey...and again walking across the river...(bad luck huh) when i was about 15. I love the movement of water and the gracefullness of aquatic life. I went on my first scuba trip in the Bahamas and loved it, i didnt want to leave the water. I snorkeled for 3 hours after that and have been dying to scuba again. i admire all of you for doing what has taken me years to do...

BTW, what lake did you grow up on in upstate NY. I grew up on one in Sullivan County, and now live on another one in the same county?

Ahhhh, we're in Orange County!!!! Some of our divers have probably dove there. Personally I've done Beaver Damn in Sullivan County.
