Hello from Washington D.C!

Long time lurker on this forum, but I finally decided to make an account!

I just recently moved to the D.C. area and I'm looking to get involved in the local diving scene. I know there's not a lot of diving opportunities in the immediate area, but I'm happy to see what local clubs/shops are doing and if there's opportunities for group trips!

I recently started getting into technical diving, so finding some local tech buddies would be a big win!

July meeting of the Patowmack Scuba Dive club is TONIGHT at 7pm. (Monday, July 7th, 2025)
Our dive club is 30+ years old and members range in age from late 20s to 70-something. We generally meet on the first Monday of every month for dinner (or just drinks) in the backroom at Mylo's Grill on Old Dominion Drive in McLean VA.

Can't make it to Mylo's, join US via Zoom. We do a social half hour starting at 7:00 pm. This is a chance to talk, order drinks and food, etc. The meeting starts with club business at 7:30. Our meetings usually end between 9:00 and 9:30 pm.
