I love visiting Vancouver... I have cousins there on Main St near the Superstore I'm trying to get them to go for their certs
Anyway here's my .02 cents

Go for it... After people get their cert they say "Why didn't I do this sooner"

Go for it... save up for your gear... and Dive.

Warm water, cold water... get out and dive.

Don't sit in front of the computer all night (Internet divers), pack your stuff the day before (and double check it) get to bed early and dive.
