Hey Tampa!
I'm from Lauderdale originally.(32 years)
Went to USF in Tampa for a year in '70.
Moved to Texas in '85...Luuuuv it!
They got 180 MILES of totally undeveloped primitive
beach(Padre Island National Seashore-National Park/UN Heritage zone)
Just GORGEOUS! Coral reef too! (Flower Garden Banks!)
Plus several secret offshore islands my brother Texans would
shoot me for mentioning on Scubaboard!
Texas is hot in summer, cool in spring/fall....and freezing
in the winter...I now have a closet full of parkas/overcoats!
All this PLUS WESTERN SCENERY, hills, mountains and
the Cowboy Way(you know what I mean, Verne?)

Welcome to the neighbourhood.

I can feel your pain, I have lived in both, I live in Tampa now and miss CO very much, if you are too hot it means that you are not getting out to the ocean enough. I am always looking to get out and have a boat, if you want to go sometime let me know.

What is you favorite place to snowboard?

I actually have never been snowboarding, but would like to try. I have skiied since I was 11 and my favorite places are Steamboat and Winterpark. Steamboat is the best tree skiing around.
