SoCal right now, hopefully soon back to Hawaii!
Fellow divers, I have read tons of threads on Scubaboard over the past few years and felt compelled to respond to a few posts. I have made dives in Grand Cayman, Florida, and Hawaii (lived in HI for 3 years, would like to move back soon!) using a Draeger Dolphin/Cochran Lifeguard. I now live in San Diego, CA and dive the above rig in a dry suit only--whew, it's a lot of gear to put on/take off, but worth it! I've found that the above rig is unbeatable for U/W photography, lots of bottom time, and less chance of spooking sea creatures. I'm in the process of switching over to digital photo, will need some advice!

Welcome, checkout the SoCal section for more info...........

Hi, Ligament, and welcome to the registered side!

Rebreather, eh? Very nice, especially the no-bubbles part. I'm coming down to Sandy Eggo myself next month to get in some wreck dives. No, it doesn't compare to Hawaii, but maybe when you go back to the islands you'll want to invite some of us over . . .

Hey, it never hurts to ask, right?

Film on,
Bryan

Hi from Matt,

Welcome to SB! What kind of dry suit do you have, I was just curious. I first came here to look for help with my scuba diving dream and the response has been fantastic. So, I know you will enjoy being a member here.
There are a lot of nice and informative scuba divers. It's a good place to meet other divers and share experiences and dreams. Take care from Matt. :scubadive
