Hello from Raleigh

My wife and I are new to scuba, we have log 6 dives (quarry and barrucuda alley in Myrtle Beach) and I am addicted. We have a cruise planned where we will be diving in Belieze and Caymans (shore dives here, looking for advice on Eden Rock or Sunset House) and then to Maui in Feb. Any advice on good begginner shore dive site or advice for us?

Howdy from the RDU area! Quarry diving is a pretty good way to get wet every week or two around here. Check out http://www.ncpdra.org for the Piedmont Diving and Rescue Association. They own three local quarries and yearly membership gives you unlimited access to all of them. If you have any questions about it, send me a message and I'll get you hooked up.

Oh, my response is that that :newbie:s should not shore dive...

If you haven't yet, click Forums above and start going thru the list - looking for those of interest to you, especially your local dive club. Always good to try a Search before starting a new thread, tho - click here for Search help, and be careful about posting Threads & Replies before reading the Sticky threads at the tops of most forums.
