The best place is definitely Sardinia island (north east side is actually very famous: Costa Smeralda), but also Elba island is very famous and very interesting.Ciao!

Forgot to say that I usually prefer to dive elsewhere, as I live near the eastern side of Italy (next to Venice) and while there are some interesting places nearby, the ones I prefer are very far... So I usually took the chance to travel and dive...![]()
