Hi everyone !

A pretty old diver here, from Italy !

I'm discovering diving once again, now that my daughters are approaching this wonderful world...
And I'm happy to find such a nice community !

Hi Michele, welcome! I’m also a Michele and lived in Italy a long time ago.

Welcome to Scubaboard!

Ciao!

Where do you like to dive in Italy?
Ciao !
Sorry for my previous "tight" answer... I was missing a coffee...

Forgot to say that I usually prefer to dive elsewhere, as I live near the eastern side of Italy (next to Venice) and while there are some interesting places nearby, the ones I prefer are very far... So I usually took the chance to travel and dive...

Ciao Michele, benvenuto!

Riccardo from Modena... Starting a new diving chapter with my wife since last year our daughter Margherita got her Junior Open Water certification, she is 11... still limited to 12m so we rediscover the shallow side... 😊

Mostly diving in tropical waters as well, but Italy offers a lot if choosing properly... Thinking ro Sicily, Sardinia, Tremiti, also Liguria sometime offers very nice diving.

We are planning to dive with Maggie in Baia Bacoli, visiting the Roman's Villas in less than 10m of water,... That will be our next italian diving!
😊😎

All the best!
Rick
