hi kevin,it,s me guido just like to say that i ,ve had the same problem when i lived in new england,in my opinion its best to hang out in the local dive stores where someone will meet tons of locals. peace dude

hi Susie,
I don't know where you are, but I am in Orlando and I discovered the "Central Florida Pleasure Divers Club", they are a good group. I used a quick search for scuba clubs in my area, and that kinda worked for me, alot of the local dive operators seem to sponsor clubs as well.

If you are down toward Ft Lauderdale, I have been watching the "Florida Conch Divers" group and they seem like an active and fun bunch of people. I just have to figure out a time to get down there.

Hi there!

Wish I could dive more often. It is rather a challenge to find like-minded dive partners, even in Florida of all places!

How do you guys and girls deal with this issue?

Susie

I dove off of Jupiter this weekend.

Anybody out there from florida know of any good locations south of jupiter and if so what boat took you there?

Welcome Aboard!!!!!!

Becareful, it's addictive. Whocares. Good friends and good info, what could be better??

Definitely check out Florida Conch Divers. They are some great people.

I was the same way after getting certified...hard to find someone to dive with. But since finding the best darn diving board in exsistence I've more than enough to keep me in the water. Just post when and where and they will come out of the woodwork
