Hello Everyone,

My trip home went well, but am also still recovering. Had a GREAT time. What a wonderful, experienced group of divers!! If only we had had more time we could have been with Neil Saturday afternoon. Hope to see some of you on future dive trips -- somewhere. Thanks, Natasha and Dave for everything.

June, Glad you are home safe and sound. Next time let's forget the scooters. Deal??

We had a lay over in L.A. and there was an Irish dance competition in the hotel. Hundreds of little girls in ringlets running around and we caught some of the action. Nice way to end the vacation, on the way to wind down.

Thanks for all the lovely memories. The entire group was just wonderful, knowledgable, and fun. I'm so glad we were included. I'll travel with this group anytime!

A note about Bonaire above water. What an interesting place! There were wild donkeys and goats wandering around. And as we drove to the party at Lac Bay, we saw flamingos by the side of the road. Fabulous. The island is arid and covered in cactus 10-15' high. Any tropical vegetation has been brought in. The iguanas were everywhere but we saw the most at the Plaza. Toucan Diving has trained them like dogs to finish up the fresh fruit treats left over from the boat dives.

The diving was fun and easy. The group was wonderful. Thanks, again, Natasha, for letting us in!

We will be looking for the full report.

the scooters were so much fun (except that last bit) hehehe

Glad to hear everyone had safe travels home. Good thing we had airplanes and not scooters. Well, after four trips with Natasha and David I'm thinking this one might be my favorite. Perfect weather, great fascilities, fantastic dive shop and I couldn't ask for better people to travel/dive with. I hope everyone had as much fun as I did (even with the broken arm!) and I hope to see you all on the next trip if not sooner.

If you're ever in the Chicago area drop me a line. I've plenty of room and a cold beer to share (I can set it out to warm up for you if you'd like Neil).

I was glad I went on this trip with a wonderful group of folks who had the same goal as mine, namely diving and having fun (with one exception....I let you do the guessing work) ;-0 .

Anyways, I had two flooded items replaced already (ooops! I shouldn't have given hints). Luckily the light didn't cost me a dime as my diveshop exchanged it with a new one because the warranty still covered it ;) . The new (identical) camera cost me only a third of the final price since I had $200 gift cards from BestBuy (or WorstBuy).

Thanks to Nat and Dave for making the trip possible, and all of you who were on this Bonairemania!! I'd be going with this group again anywhere. =-)

P.S.: Like Dave4 said, I shouldn't invest in a drysuit because it would become a wetsuit anyhow. :D

Hi all :hi:,

Bonaire was awesome, but the new friends we made were even better! Thank you Natasha and David everything was great and we look forward to future trips.

The trip back was uneventful as we said our final goodbyes to our 4AM friends in San Juan. Kim slept most of the way back so left me thinking of the wonderful time we had... Already miss the diving and conversations.

I'll post some topside pictures of the island as soon as we get a moment, been running since we got back.

Again, thank you everyone for making Bonaire so great! Looking forward to future adventures with Natasha.

Jerri and I had an incredible time, the best diving we have ever done!!!!

I would like to thank everybody for making it a memorable trip. We will remember this for a very long time. Sorry about all the flooded equipment Ralph.

If any of our pics come out worthy of posting we will put them on some Yahoo page and leave a link.

For those of you not present at Montego Bay at the conclusion of our trip, Dave wrote a very sweet poem while on the plane and read it to us.

Dave or Natasha, for the benefit of those that were not present, can you post it on the board? I hope Dave kept it because it really was very sweet, it brought a tear to my eye.
