Hi folks,

My wife and I are new divers, completed open water certification with a referral in Cozumel this past February. It's a little too cold here in New England during February to complete the certification. We have not dove in New England yet, Cozumel reefs and a Cenote. I have been on this board lurking for some time, so much great information, and thank you for everything. Wife and I just made the big gear purchases and are ready to fill up some pages in the log book around Massachusetts and Rhode Island this summer.

Well you are just in time. Up the coast here in Maine it's perfectly comfortable for wet diving and the warmest water is still a month away. You can look forward to nice diving through October since the ocean cools slowly.

Should you venture north we'd enjoy sharing some favorite sites with the 2 of you.

Pete
