Pencil urchin, not endemic...saw them in the red sea...there is also a fish in the forground

Not Lisa but....the dotted tendril thing is one of the many varieties of stinging Hydroids. you'll frequently find Banded Coral Shrimp and Green Morays together but they don;t really have a specific symbiotic relationship.
