We plan to visit Roatan in 2010 , thinking of the month of January or March.If someone who has been there a few times could reply it would be much appreciated. Witch would be better ? re: weather and prices for each month .We have a beach house booked for 30 days near Beach island resort . Is there a place to buy groceries ect. nearby ? How about nearby dive opperators ? Is diving better earlier or later this time of year?

The later the better. April may can be delightful.

Storms come from the North. During Storm Season that runs from August - November, then replaced by the "Northers", it can be rather unpredictable until late March.

I have never heard of "Beach Island Resort", neither has Mr. Google. :confused:
 
I ment Bay Island Beach Resort ( it was late at night ) Thanks for the weather tip , it looks like we will be there for the month of January at Nancy and Odies Beach house.
