HEAD/MARES Agrees to Acquire Scuba Schools International

MARES S.p.A., one of the worldwide market leaders in diving equipment announces that its mother company HEAD has signed an agreement to acquire Scuba Schools International (SSI). The effective date will be January 1^st 2014. ​

In recent years, SSI has become one of the fastest growing training agencies in the world.
