I had the exact same issue. It was due to water in the inner ear. I went to my ENT and he gave me steriods to see if the tubes would clear. It didn't work. The second option was to get a tube put in my ear which would drain the fluid. As I couldn't dive with these, it's not an option. The third option was to give it time. I had a tube put in before and it helped. I'm not willing to give up diving for a year and have opted to give it time and hope it clears up.
