I took your advice and started a new topic in the Accidents & Incidents forum. It can be found Here. I did look up the CO2 retention. Pretty interesting. Still confused about what happened. I put a bit more info in the new thread.

Welcome to the board PAL. This has got to be in the running as the oldest reopended thread. This was the first guy I upset on this board, how time flies.
 
"Bing"....never admit that and if you do, at least advise them on the tank perhaps needing a visual.
 
Is that anything like a golf ball through a garden hose?
I did once when I discovered my SPG was off by 300 lbs. Rember that part in OW where your tank is turned off and iair gets tight? Thats exactly what happened and becouse I had been through it before, it was NBD.
