Masterline has a very nice electric one with considerably more capacity than the Jetsam or Rix. See http://www.masterlineinc.com/products/booster.htm

Actually the Masterline is based on a Sierra pump, same as the Poseidon, but Masterline adds a few tweaks of their own.

Not cheap, though, but then you already probably guessed that!
