Since I booked La Galigo, the responses from the boat have been swift and helpful. Unlike liveaboard.com who stopped answering my emails once the payment was made.
The website made an error in the booking voucher and they just ignored my emails for weeks until I 'casually' mentioned that I'd try to approach them on social media for response.
On the other hand, La Galigo was very swift when I reached out to them on the same issue, even though they weren't responsible for issuing the booking voucher, they confirmed what I suspected as an error under 'Booking Conditions'. The responsiveness definitely helped me feel more comfortable about going on the boat
