Hardsole Bootie and Tusa Fin Size

What is the recommended size fin for a size 10 hardsole boot?

I have Tusa Liberator fins (size regular 9-13) and love them, however my hardsole size 10 boots do not fit. If Liberators do not come in a bigger size what size Imprex fins would you recommend?

The liberator fins come in Small and Regular sizes, the Regular being 9-13. The Imprex fins are available in an XL, model #SF-9900 and should accomodate a larger boot.
