Harbour heights and area

Wondering if anyone has been to Harbour Heights and area recently. Looking at a return to GC (was last there Oct 2023) and it seemed there was a lot of construction at the north end of West Bay Road. Is it still going on? Noisy or dusty? Harbour Heights looks good from a beach perspective. We’ve always stayed further south but since the beaches are eroded are looking at other locations. Would appreciate hearing recent experiences.

How far north on West Bay road are you referring to? There is a bunch of construction along the shore by Dolphins Point condos etc, still going on when I left in May. Numerous new large complexes under construction after West Bay Public Beach and before reaching Light House Point, rather quiet north after that.
Harbour Heights, yes it has nice beach front, but major construction going on just south of there, and you are adjacent to Public Beach on the northside, which is chaos with pod folk and peddlers on cruise ship days.
If it were me, I would look between Public Beach and the Four way stop.
