I'm a little late, but I hope you had a wonderful birthday Foo!
Well, this was a nice surprise! Thanks everyone- I had the best birthday ever. Started out when I walked into my classroom yesterday and there were black balloons, signs, and a decorated walker for me to use while trekking up and down the halls. My friends brought a baked-potato and subway sandwich lunch, complete with chocolate birthday cake, yum. I got two vases of flowers during the day also. Then last night, we were supposed to meet another couple, my kids and grandkids for dinner at a restaurant we had never been before, by Lake Fork. It turned out to be a great place, complete with karaoke, and at least 35 members of my family and friends were there. I was so surprised- my cake was decorated to say that I'm now older than dirt, but that's okay... I don't have to worry about dying young anymore, and I'll soon be able to get away with saying cr@p that I'll be excused for... (shhhh... forgive her, she's old.)
