Halcyon Quick-Adjust crotch question

My Cinch system is traveling via UPS to my house as I type. I too am interested in how the crotch strap adjustment works. Switching between drysuit and 3mm is a pretty big adjustment. Hopefully the system will work well for me.

with regards to adjusting whilst in the gear, i actually DID adjust it yesterday whilst standing on beach

The shorter you have the strap, the further to the front the adjustment point is... mine is too far back for me to adjust with it on, I've tried
