Is there also differences in regards to hose routing for the wings? I think I read something of that sort some where before. If so, which would probably be cleaner (my double regs are APEKS DS4s).

It's been discused here: http://www.direxplorers.com/dir-kit...-wing-using-ds4-stages-hose-routing-pics.html

Some prefer to run the longhose down the front side of the wing because the wing is so long that running it behind can cause some issues (see last pics on first page of link and imagine running the longhose behind the wing).

However, with Salvo SR1's (similar to DS4's) and Dive-rites regs I prefer to run it behind the wing because otherwise it would pinch the top of the wing (at least if the hose is rigged to point down initially) the way I have it set up. I guess it may depend on how high you place the wing relative to the tanks. In the pics posted by Vie (first page, last post of the link) the tanks (and hence regs) are a lot higher relative to the wing than I have them.

Evolve..... at least for me..... I am using 40lb and 60lb ones...

I run all hoses behind the Evolve, just like an Explorer. I feel it releves stress on the hoses at the 1st stage, although, I make sure the 7 footer is clear of the wing on my modified s-drill during equipment matching. I guess either way to run the hoses works, its just what you are comfortable with.
