I have just bought a second hand evolve 40#wing for my SS backplate. I plan on using my Faber 100 tanks with a dui clx450 drysuit. My question is the 40#wing enough lift? I'm currently using 8kg of lead with a single tank so how much lead should I use with twin tanks? Thanks.

I am not too familiar with cft sizes, but the 100's sound like 12lite cylinders?!? If this is the case, 40lb is more than enough lift for 100twins in conjunction with the drysuit. I doubt that you will require any weight for these twins. My instructor dives 12l twins on Halcyon 40lb sSS setup wet.

I use it with twin 120's, 7mil and an ally plate with no extra weights and it provides more than an ample amount of lift. You'll probably lose about 3-6 kg of weight, but I'm not sure how much the drysuit will affect your buoyancy.
