You are just interested in just the 30# wing and the weight bar? No backplate?

I am interested in the 30 pound wing and all the other gear besides the 6 pound weight for the standard tank adapter and the 40 pound wing. How many dives are on the BC system?
 
The whole system has less than 30 dives. The webbing is new. The 40# wing has 4 dives on it.
 
Is it the cinch system? Is it still available
