Hello Zen Divers!
I am in need of help, and I always know the community of Scubaboard will come to my aid. I am a novice diver heading to Japan on business the first week of October, and I expect to have at least one full day without meetings. This could come while in Tokyo, Osaka or Kobe. Can you all help me understand which of these three cities have the best diving nearby, what the dive conditions will be like in early October, and how to find good Dive Operators that can take me diving, preferably speaking English. I will need rental gear too, I do not want to haul gear on all of the bullet trains I expect to ride that week. Thank you for your advice, I hope to see you in October!
