DIR- GUE GUE in the Midwest (USA) - Fundies Class Opportunity

After success launching our visiting instructor program in 2023, we're bringing it back for 2024! That means more options for GUE Fundamentals in the Midwest, and maybe even a Tech 1 course on the Great Lakes. We already have two classes full at Gilboa with a third just added for May 3-6 2024. There are currently two or three student spots open in that class with GUE Instructor Ivo Chiarino from Third Dimension in Tulum.

Additionally we're looking to plan more classes throughout the Midwest region, with Mermet Springs and Lake Wazee on our list of locations.

All are welcome to join our community events as we continue to build a positive community of divers helping divers get out and dive more in the Midwest.

After three successful classes at the start of June, we have another set of instructors coming to Gilboa Quarry to run two more Fundies classes and DPV 1. Francesco Cameli and Emoke Wagner are going to be team teaching Fundies classes starting July 24th and July 28th. There is some additional availability for more students.

In addition to the classes, we'll have community weekend on the 27th and 28th. Always happy to welcome those who might be curious about GUE or our Midwest community. Despite what you may read about GUE divers on the internet, I'd like to think we're a pretty welcoming and fun bunch. Joining one of our community weekends is a great way to get involved with the community to join in on future charters, trips, and projects.
