looking for feedback and review for those 2 dive center. Having a hard time making the decision…

To be honest i don't know either of these dive centers, but as long as your are going for GUE technical fundamental certification, you can't go wrong with any instructor. As every GUE instructor upholds the highest diving standards in education and experience.

You can’t go wrong with Third Dimension. Ivo is brilliant, as is Kelvin and Gio. GUE but nice GUE. They also have in-house drysuit repairs in case that something goes wrong and it really helps.

But Artur from Elite will be good too, I think he trained with Kelvin.

Theres also the option of Zero Gravity 4 full time GUE Instructors and a load of part time ones too
