I noticed that the DIR and Photographer group are missing. What gives?

Now I understand. :silly: The forums are there, but one cannot join the groups. Gotcha'El Orans:
The groups were not being used for anything so we removed them. In the future we anticipate having more and more opt-in and functional groups so we decided to clean up some of the old ones.

And what did you do with our singles group?

the DIR forum is still there; so is the Singles forum
the DIR "group" was not being used, and thus was removed. you can
still view the forum.
the Singles forum is now opt-in only, so you will have to re-register. won't
take you but a few seconds to join.
