What'sup guys!

Just wanted to say hi and present myself. I just joined up yesterday. My name is Bernardo. I'm an international student at FloridaTech in Melbourne, Florida. I'm originally from Florence, Italy. I got my Open Water certificate in December 2004 with two friends of mine, and I've had a lot of fun. My instructors were great, and the diving was amazing. I did a "weekend" OWD course which included one weekend of morning lectures and afternoon pool dives, and one weekend of 4 ocean dives. We did those dives in Pompano Beach, FL, just north of Ft. Lauderdale.

Well, as I live in Florida and have lots of time, I'm about to buy some gear so I can go dive pretty much every weekend (which includes Fridays for me ). What else? Oh, I've planned a trip to the Keys (Key Largo & Key West) with friends for the upcoming Spring Break (2 weeks from now, 10 days diving!), so if anyone would like to give me/us some advice, please do!

I'm from Cocoa Beach....Went to Florida Tech many moons ago when it was FIT. Actually they had just changed the name from Brevard Engineering College... so that really dates.

My sone went to Florida Tech about 2 years...only he surfed his way out of a full ride scholarship...
