Those are the two buoys off of Sand Dollar Beach Resort in Bonaire ... Bari Reef. For those who have been, those are the buoys they tie the two dive boats two at night.

I'll chime in with Andy and Colin and invite you to the Florida Conch Divers forum. It's a great place to meet local divers in your area. In fact, we're beach diving Saturday Morning at Lauderdale By The Sea. Why don't you join us. The info is under Private Trips in our forum.
