Hi all,

Looking for any local scuba groups, meetup.coms, etc you all would recommend.
6 Months ago I was living in south beach doing key west dives every weekend.
Now, Im cold... lol
..and bounce between Princeton NJ and Belmar NJ (summer rental).

Down there we had a meetup.com groups to find divers, what the best up here?
Any aquariums around here take volunteers?
Local shop recommendations to check out my gear?
And good readings on how I can convert? I know nothing about dry suits, etc.

Im desperate and itching to get wet.. Ill even do my first pool dive. (Luckily had a lagoon to train)

Padi, Deep, Wreck Diver.. but due to few months, need to start shallow and refresh myself.

PS: The good thing about the cold, and staying out of the water is just got this. Dakuwaqa fiji god scene, holding spanish Atocha (shipwreck treasure) coin I was searching SS Vandenberg for. You might get a kick out of it.

Thanks a ton - Dan:cheers:

Check out The Scuba Connection in Hillsborough NJ. They are a great shop, have an indoor pool on site, and I have heard good things about their service department.

As for groups, head over to the DiveNY section here on ScubaBoard. There are a bunch of folks in NJ and PA that dive regularly.
