Greetings from Ukraine/Red Sea recommendation sought

Hi, all. After a 20 year hiatus, I've taken up diving again, and have been diving for about a year. I live in Ukraine and seeing as it's so close to the Red Sea, have decided to dive there. Is it better to do a live aboard, or bunk on dry land? Any recommendations for live aboards?
