Hello. I am new to the board and have just recently been Open water Certified as of July with EAN40 Specialties, Navigation, and Night time / limited visibilty. I am from the Tampa area, actually born and raised here and have spent many a year on the water but not much time under it until now. I have been an avid snorkeler, but got tired of window shopping and needed to cross diving off the bucket list. I look forward to spearfishing and meeting many new wonderful people here. I do not have a private boat, but would love to meet someone looking for a dive buddy and someone to help defer fuel costs. I grew up on the water, unfortunately Dads boat is in disrepair as it fell to disuse when i went away for college. Anyways, greetings all. I am interested in recommendations on clubs for Divers and Spear Fisherman as i want to get into the Sport most earnestly.
