Hi, this is my first posting. I'm coming back to diving after a 6 year detour. (Got a little sidetracked by my passion for motocross. Diving doesn't seem to hurt as much.) I just wanted to share a personal experience. I'm getting my gear back in shape, including my dive lights. I own a Pelican primary light, and a couple of Underwater Kinetic back-ups. I contacted the two companies for replacement bulbs and o-rings. UK sent me the parts numbers and vendors websites, whereas PELICAN sent me replacement bulbs and o-rings along with silicone grease. I didn't even ask them for the parts, and I got them FREE along with free shipping just 2 days after I had emailed them for information on where I could buy the parts. I had no problems with the UK lights, but as of now I'm a loyal Pelican customer.

I think that all Pelican lights have lifetime guarantees? They've replace many tank lights for me...

welcome aboard

Thanks for the welcome. I'm still sorting out and preparing all my gear, will be a little while before I get back in the water. In the meantime, I've been filling the void by viewing dive videos on the net.
