Hi everyone, I'm Karen,
I'm pretty new to diving, having just gotten certified in January in Maui. I was very scared initially, but now am in love with the underwater world that i took for granted for so many years. I managed to get 10 dives under my belt in Hawaii, but have only gotten 1 more since returning home to Nova Scotia where the water in the Atlantic is much colder. We are heading out for our second dive here tomorrow morning.
I'm looking forward to many years of diving and improving on my skills and meeting many more amazing people. I am shocked by how instantly saying you are a diver can strike up a conversation!
