Hi everyone

Found this site when searching for similan liveaboard.
As i still a very very beginner, quite worried if i really can join liveaboard.

I just certified this summer in Kushimoto, Japan, and had my fun dive at Kushimoto as well. Total logged dives 14 only. Next would like to challange at Phuket, if it possible.
Btw, I am Indonesian who living in Osaka so it was a challenge when I took the open water course in japanese. For my limited japanese and limited english, quite confusing if I should join a japanese dive shop or english dive shop in Phuket as I never join dive trip in english. But maybe will join in english as the price is less ^^;

Just in my curiosity, I would like to know if there is another divers in Osaka?

Regards,
Purr

Welcome to the Scubaboard! Check out the travel & local dive club forums. Hopefully, you can find some dive buddies. Good luck!

Howdy from Texas and welcome to SB!

It does help with discussions if you complete your Profile. And it's even more fun when you load an Avatar (personal pic for each post) and a Profile pic. See UserCP to access these if you'd like to...? :wink:

If you haven't yet, click Forums above and start going thru the list - looking for those of interest to you, especially your local dive club. Always good to try a Search before starting a new thread, tho :search: and be careful about posting Replies without reading the Stickies for each forum. Click the link in my Sig below to PM me if I can help you around here..

Welcome to Scuba board,my personal opinion is that you not worry you too much whether English or Japanese clubs or buddies, just make yourself pretty proficient with u/w signs, for that is UNIVERSAL.

Thank you guys!

DandyDon! I like your picture with the comment "wake me for diving or lunch..." :)
