I sent my BCD down to Zeagle Headquarters to be checked for what I thought was a leak somewhere (there wasn't any ) and want to thank Scott for his help in expediting the handling of my problem especially after I had thought that UPS had lost the package which was sent to Zeagle Headquarters.
I just received a call from Susan at Zeagle who is in the process of re-checking my BCD and said that it will ship back to me tomorrow.
I can't tell you how impressed I am with that type of personal attention given to my "problem". It's very unusual these days inasmuch as everything is done by email or somesuch.
You have virtually guaranteed yourself a customer for Life!
