It appears that one of the cages basically has an open side - very few bars. If so there is absolutely no protection from that side - sort of like no cage. Why not just jump in the pool? I've been there - had a whole shark head in the cage right next to me, even with bars. High voltage but big teeth a foot from your face.

Yes, the "submersible platform" that is lowered to 35 - 40 feet is not a cage at all and, as a practical matter, offers no physical protection.
