I manage the OBA Website and am sorry you had the problem. The content on our site gets pushed down the page with Internet Explorer 6 or older.

Scroll down the page and you should see the article. If you upgrade your browser to IE 8 the problem should go away.

I tried to include the upgrade link, but the board doesn't allow links from new posters. If you search for "Upgrade to Internet Explorer 8" you will find information about upgrading your browser.
