Just wanted to thank Ikelite for their great service. It's one reason I went with them for a housing and strobes. I had one of my DS-125's quit on me during a magazine shoot in a pool two weeks ago. I sent the strobe in with a plea to have a rush service as I have an assignment Sunday I need it for. It came back in 8 days and fixed under warranty. Needless to say I'm thrilled. Great service.
 
I will second that, even with non warranty items.

I had all the seals replaced in my D100 housing for $125. I shipping the housing on a Weds, got it back the following Tuesday!
