Grand Cayman - Seven Mile beach or East side?

We have a week with Interval International. We have a choice between 7 Mile Beach resort next to a Marriott or Moritt's on the East End. We are trying to decide on which resort to choose. Either way I'd choose a dive op near where we are staying but was also concerned about things to do for the non diving portion of the family.

With a non-diving spouse and 2 non-diving children, I would opt for Seven Mile Beach, there is nothing for them to do on the East End. Too bad for you, I would easily go for the East End for diving. My last two visits were to Compass Point/Ocean Frontiers, among the best dive trips I've had.
