Have not checked in about a year or so, but can someone advise on the state of the reef/island on Grand Cayman after hurricane Wilma? I was checking close to a year after the event & the recovery was VERY SLOW on the island, but never heard about the actual reef.:14:

The reefs in Grand Cayman are just grand. The only reef damage that you might see is on the South and East End and that would only be in the shallows. I personnal recommend the Northwall dive sites.
Deep Sites: Ghost Mountain, Hepps Wall, Valley of the Turtles, Eaglaray Pass, Main Street, Hammerhead Wall and Lighthouse Point wall from shore
Shallow Sites: Bears Paw, Hepp's Pipe Line, School House Reef, Sand Hole Reef and Sea Fan Reef from shore
