I have dove Cayman a few times, now, and I tend to suck air (working on it!) - I usually stay well above the dive guide on the first dive and it's always been fine - once you're on the wall there's not a huge difference in terms of things to see at 80ft than there are at 90 or 100, based on my experiences.
Most dive guides that I have been with expect you to signal once you get to half tank. That usually means a turn-around, rising slowly to a shallower depth (often right at the wall's edge at 60ft) and then back to the boat, where those that haven't used as much air can play around in their buddy pairs.
I really don't think that you will have a problem diving there. Enjoy!
