Every op mentioned is good as long as you stay away from the cattle boys as stated above. We all have our favorites for various reasons but as diversteve stated, they would not stay in business in this competitive market if they were not customer oriented. July weather is usually calm and you will be able to go out to the North Wall which in most people's opinions is preferable to West.
Turtle Reef and Cobalt Coast are my favorite easily accessable shore dives. Sunset, Eden rock, Devil's grotto are pretty picked over. If the silversides are still in, different story.
