Can anyone provide a list of their favorite sites either reefs or wrecks in the Ft. Lauderdale area with GPS coordinates?

Yes. There are approximately 150 GPS coordinates in descending latitude for Broward County (FTL) shipwrecks and artificial reefs in Volume I of the Encyclopedia of Florida Shipwrecks. Not to mention all the background history and descriptions of these sites. More information can be found here:

A second book you might want is "Diving Locations: Boynton Inlet to Dania Pier" by Ray Mcallister. Between the two you should be busy for awhile
