Gozo & Malta 'must do'

Hi one and all - myself and my other half are off to Gozo and Malta in September for the first time - any absolute must do dive sites we should be aware of?

I've purchased Peter Lemon's book (which I have to say is perhaps the most comprehensive guide I have ever read) but just looking for what should be on our 'bucket list'

For reference we're both deep certified and have completed over 200 dives together.
