Yep no one responsible...but those people with smashed cars get screwed over big time....never anyone responsible now a days.

Didn't she hear the kid leave? Unless she was passed out from *something*, why didn't she know where the heck her kid was? He's what 4? When a little kid is quiet you better start looking, cause they're up to no good.
And what happens when he's older? Drunk by age 10? Father @ 13? Dead by 18?
